Для проведения сравнительного анализа консервативного лечения алиментарной лимфомы составили опытные группы: I (n=10) – пациенты с I/HGAL получающие лечение по протоколу CHOP, II (n=10) - пациенты с I/HGAL получающие лечение по протоколу COP.
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lymphoma is the most common malignant neoplasm in cats. Without treatment, mortality is about 40-75% within 4-8 weeks after diagnosis. In this regard, this pathology requires chemotherapy in almost all cases. The aim of the work is to compare the effectiveness of conservative treatment regimens for alimentary lymphoma in cats. The objects of the study were cats of different breeds with an established diagnosis of alimentary lymphoma aged from 2 to 16 years, with an average live weight at the time of admission of 3.9 kg. To conduct a comparative analysis of the conservative treatment of alimentary lymphoma, experimental groups were compiled: I (n=10) – patients with I/HGAL receiving treatment according to the CHOP protocol, II (n=10) - patients with I/HGAL receiving treatment according to the COP protocol. The therapeutic efficacy of the applied conservative treatment regimens was 80% for both groups. The median survival in the 1st experimental group was 60% higher and amounted to 452.10±201.26 days versus 282.00±110.90 days in the second experimental group. Long-term results were better for patients in the first group: survival rate of more than 1 year is 60% in the first group and 30% in the second group, more than 2 years is 30% in the first group and 0% in the second group. The frequency of moderate complications was higher for 1 experimental group, and severe complications were observed with the same frequency in both groups. It follows from this that the toxicity of the CHOP protocol is undoubtedly higher than COP.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>алиментарная лимфома</kwd><kwd>гастроинтестинальная лимфома</kwd><kwd>доксирубицин</kwd><kwd>эндоксан</kwd><kwd>винбластин</kwd><kwd>преднизолон</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>alimentary lymphoma</kwd><kwd>gastrointestinal lymphoma</kwd><kwd>doxorubicin</kwd><kwd>endoxane</kwd><kwd>vinblastine</kwd><kwd>prednisone</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Withrow and macewen’s small animal clinical oncology, 6th edition / Pierre M.
