Целью настоящей работы является дать токсикологическую оценку вновь разработанного углеводно - витаминно - минерального концентрата «Лизунец Солевит» (Лакто Элита), предназначенного для дойных коров. Для определения острой токсичности сформулировали 4 группы белых крыс, живой массой 190-200 г по 8 голов каждой, которым перорально задавали препарат в разных дозах. Для определения кумулятивных свойств сформировали 2 группы белых крыс по 6 голов каждой, которым задавали препарат в течении 14 суток, начиная с дозы 0,8 г/кг, которого увеличивали 1,5 раза через каждые 4 дня. При этом у подопытных животных изучали клиническую картину, поведенческие реакции, учитывали прирост живой массы. По полученным результатам исследования выяснили, что при однократном введении углеводно-витаминно-минерального концентрата «Лизунец Солевит» (Лакто Элита) у животных наблюдался одышка, отсутствие аппетита, отказ от корма, но по истечении 2 -3 часа они возвращались в исходное состояние. По существующим методам не удалось рассчитать среднесмертельную дозу так, как у опытных групп животных гибели не было, поэтому для дальнейших исследований использовали максимально вводимую дозу. При определении кумулятивных свойств препарата на 21 сутки введения при суточной дозе 6,07 г/кг у животных наблюдался общее угнетение организма, частое мочеиспускание, диарея, взъерошенность шерстного покрова, но по истечении 7-8 часов перечисленные признаки исчезали. В связи с чем коэффициент кумуляции составил 8,31, что вещество обладает слабовыраженной кумуляцией.

According to the existing methods, it was not possible to calculate the average dose as in the experimental groups of animals there was no death, so for further studies the maximum administered dose was used. In determining the cumulative properties of the drug on the 21st day of administration at a daily dose of 6.07 g / kg in animals there was General oppression of the body, frequent urination, diarrhea, tousled coat, but after 7-8 hours, these signs disappeared. In this connection, the cumulation coefficient was 8.31, that the substance has a weakly expressed cumulation.
