Препараты содержащие карбетоцин нашли применение при патологии родов и послеродового периода. Вместе с тем в литературе имеются ограниченные сведения о влиянии данного фармакологического средства на молочную железу животных. Целью представленной экспериментальной работы являлось изучение влияния карбетоцина на молочную железу свиноматок в послеродовой период. Исследования выполнены на основных свиноматках в ранний послеродовый период. Животные по принципу аналогов были разделены на 2 группы: опытную и контрольную. Свиноматкам опытной группы парентерально вводили карбетоцин в дозе 0,07 мг с интервалом 24 часа, а контрольной – утеротонические средства не использовали. У животных опытной группы фиксировали время индуцированного выделения секрета молочной железы после введения кабетоцина. В молозиве (молоке) всех исследуемых животных определяли концентрацию иммуноглобулинов с помощью рефрактометра по Brix. Установлено, что после инъекции карбетоцина средняя продолжительность выведения секрета молочных желез у свиноматок не имела значительных различий в течение 1 и 2 суток после родов и составила 363,00±8,40 и 355,50±8,51 минут, соответственно. Его свободное выделение у животных происходит в течение 4-7 часов после введения пролонгированного аналога окситоцина. Применение карбетоцина свиноматкам в послеродовой период не приводит к увеличению в молозиве или переходном молоке количества иммуноглобулинов вне зависимости от доли молочной железы. При этом регистрируется достоверное снижение иммунных белков через 24 часа к первоначальному уровню.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Carbetocin (deamino-1-monocarba-(2-Omethylthyrosine)-oxytocin) refers to a prolonged-acting, synthetic analogue of oxytocin, has pharmacodynamic properties similar to natural oxytocin. Drugs containing carbetocin have been used in the pathology of childbirth and the postpartum period. However, there is limited information in the literature on the effect of this pharmacological agent on the mammary gland of animals. The aim of the presented experimental work was to study the effect of carbetocin on the mammary gland of sows in the postpartum period. The studies were performed on the main sows in the early postpartum period. According to the principle of analogues, the animals were divided into 2 groups: experimental and control. Carbetocin was parenterally administered to sows of the experimental group at a dose of 0.07 mg with an interval of 24 hours, and uterotonic agents were not used in the control group. In animals of the experimental group, the time of induced secretion of breast secretions after administration of cabetocin was recorded. The concentration of immunoglobulins in colostrum (milk) of all studied animals was determined using a Brix refractometer. It was found that after carbetocin injection, the average duration of excretion of mammary gland secretions in sows had no significant differences during 1 and 2 days after delivery and amounted to 363.00±8.40 and 355.50±8.51 minutes, respectively. Its free release in animals occurs within 4-7 hours after administration of a prolonged oxytocin analog. The use of carbetocin in sows in the postpartum period does not lead to an increase in the amount of immunoglobulins in colostrum or transitional milk, regardless of the proportion of the mammary gland.
