В настоящий момент случаи возникновения лимфомы среди мелких домашних животных участились. В связи с этим были изучены литературные данные и разработан протокол химиотерапии для собак с лимфомой. Для исследования было отобрано 20 собак (самки и самцы) от 6-ти до 9-ти лет жизни с окончательным диагнозом лимфома, которые проходили лечение с сентября 2021 по сентябрь 2022 года. Для постановки точного диагноза был проведен сбор анамнеза жизни и анамнеза болезни животных, компьютерная томография, для оценки объема поражения и метастатического потенциала лимфомы, а также была взята биопсия, для гистологического исследования. После получения данных, подтверждающих лимфому, 10 собакам-компаньонам назначили курс химиотерапии впервые используемой в ветеринарии комбинации препаратов этопозид, доксорубицин, винкристин, преднизолон (под аббревиатурой НОРЕ), которые вводились 1 раз в неделю течение 19 недель. Параллельно проводили исследования на 10 собаках-компаньонах в этот же период времени, которые проходили лечение по известному протоколу CHOP, с применением препаратов циклофосфамид, доксорубицин, винкристин, преднизолон, который является стандартом лечения лимфомы. По результатам проведенного исследования, нами было выявлено, что медиана выживаемости собак с лимфомой при лечении протоколом НОРЕ составила 302 дня, а продолжительность жизни по протоколу CHOP – 235 дней, при этом у животных наблюдали возникновение циститов, полиурии и полидипсии, что не проявлялось при лечении протоколом НОРЕ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lymphoma (lymphosarcoma) is a malignant lesion of the lymphatic system. At the moment, cases of lymphoma among small pets have become more frequent. In this regard, literature data were studied and a chemotherapy protocol for dogs with lymphoma was developed. The study involved 20 companion dogs who were treated from September 2021 to September 2022. To make an accurate diagnosis, a history of life and anamnesis of animal disease was collected, computed tomography was performed to assess the extent of the lesion and the metastatic potential of lymphoma, and a biopsy was taken for histological examination. After receiving data confirming lymphoma, 10 companion dogs were prescribed a course of chemotherapy using the drugs etoposide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisolone (newly developed HOPE protocol), which were administered once a week for 19 weeks. In parallel, studies were carried out on 10 companion dogs during the same period of time, which were treated according to the well-known CHOP protocol, using cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisolone, which is the standard treatment for lymphoma. According to the results of the study, we found that the median survival of dogs with lymphoma treated with the HOPE protocol was 302 days, and the life expectancy under the CHOP protocol was 235 days, while the animals experienced the occurrence of cystitis, polyuria and polydipsia, which was not manifested during treatment the HOPE protocol.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лимфома</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия</kwd><kwd>этопозид</kwd><kwd>протокол лечения</kwd><kwd>собаки</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>lymphoma</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>etoposide</kwd><kwd>treatment protocol</kwd><kwd>dogs</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Кудачева, Н.
