Смещение сычуга довольно частая патология, встречающаяся у коров в разные сроки после отёла. По данным отечественных авторов случаи смещения сычуга у коров на молочном комплексе регистрируются у 1,5-7% поголовья. Сведения о послеоперационных осложнениях в отечественной литературе при лечении смещения сычуга у молочных коров очень малочисленны и однотипны. Исследование проводилось в течение 4 лет на 163 коровах с установленным диагнозом левостороннее или правостороннее смещение сычуга, которым была проведена операция по репозиции и фиксации сычуга через разрез в области правой голодной ямки. Работа выполнена в одном из хозяйств Ленинградской области. Племенные животные голштинской породы отечественной селекции содержались беспривязно в условиях молочного комплекса. Общее поголовье дойного стада - 1200 голов. Средняя продуктивность за последние 4 года составила 11250 кг молока на корову в год. Клиническое наблюдение в течение 4-х лет за 163 коровами, прооперированных по причине смещения сычуга, на предмет развития возможных послеоперационных осложнений показало, что за указанный период времени послеоперационные осложнения установлены у 17 коров (10.42% от прооперированных животных). У 8-ми животных гнойные воспалительные осложнения диагностированы на 20-45 дни после выполнения операции. У 3-х коров диагностирован абсцесс на 7-10 дни после операции. Гематома установлена у одной коровы на 4 день после проведения операции. Повторное смещение сычуга среди 163-х коров за четыре года наблюдения было диагностировано у четырех животных (2,45%).

Displaced abomasum in cattle is a fairly common pathology, which occurs at different times after calving cows. According to the domestic authors, displaced abomasum in cattle at the dairy farming occurs in 1.5- 7% of the livestock. The domestic literature on treating displaced abomasum in dairy cattle provides limited and homogenous information on post-operative complications. The study was conducted for 4 years on 163 cows with a left-displaced abomasum or right-displaced abomasum that was repositioned and fixed in place with an incision in the right paralumbar fossa. The work took place on one of the farms in the Leningrad region. Native Holsteins of the domestic breed were kept untied in conditions of dairy complex. The total herd size is 1200 cows. Average cow milk production in the last 4 years was 11250 kg per year. During 4 years 163 cows with an operated displaced abomasum were clinically observed for the development of possible postoperative complications. The observation showed that 17 cows (10.42% of the operated animals) had postoperative complications in this period of time. Eight animals have developed purulent inflammatory complications diagnosed 20- 45 days after surgery. Three cows were found to have abscesses within 7-10 days of surgery. Hematoma was discovered in one cow 4 days after surgery. Four animals (2.45%) had a displaced abomasum’s reoccurrence among 163 cows in four years of observation.
