Сухожилия сгибателей пальцев несут огромную нагрузку у спортивных лошадей любых направлений. У спортивных лошадей наиболее часто регистрируются повреждения сухожилий глубокого и поверхностного сгибателей пальца, что является причиной как временной, так и рецидивирующей или постоянной хронической хромоты и во многих случаях приводит к завершению спортивной карьеры или переходу лошади в любительский спорт. Сухожилия имеют очень медленную скорость регенерации, и при этом происходит замещение нормальной ткани фиброзной. Фиброзы, рубцы, контрактуры и другие хронические патологии являются достаточно частым последствием острых заболеваний и травм. К классическим методам терапии дегенеративных патологий сухожилий конечностей относятся: тенотомия, ортопедическая ковка и физиотерапия. Физиотерапия является наиболее эффективным методом лечения и реабилитации при фиброзах и других дегенеративных патологиях сухожилий конечности лошади. Такие методы как ударно-волновая, лазерная и магнитная терапия, введение тромбоцитарной аутоплазмы и так далее уже успешно применяются в ветеринарии и доказали свою эффективность. Одним видом физиотерапии, который может быть использован в терапии является электрофорез. Цель исследования – выявление клинической эффективности лечебного электрофореза со средством «Ферменкол» при разных протоколах процедур. Исследование было проведено на 8 головах лошадей. Всего каждая лошадь проходила 3 курса лекарственного электрофореза. Результаты регистрировались с помощью УЗИ. У 6 голов диаметр сухожилий вернулся к нормальным значениям (<1,5 см) к концу третьего курса процедур. Использование лекарственного электрофореза со средством «Ферменкол» оказывает положительное влияние на фиброзированные ткани сухожилий сгибателей грудных конечностей у лошадей. Так же, данный метод терапии имеет ряд преимуществ в отличии от принятых способов.>< 1,5 см) к концу третьего курса процедур. The digital flexor tendons bear enormous strain in sport horses of all types.
