Однако собственные воспроизводительные качества быка могут быть оценены после достижения им физиологической зрелости в 1,5-2 года. Исследователи постоянно ведут поиск критериев оценки, которые могут дать прогностическую характеристику воспроизводительной функции потенциальных производителей. В данной работе был проведен опыт по получению и оценке спермы от ремонтных бычков голштинской породы в постпубертатный период (n=10). Взятие спермы производилось трижды у бычков в возрасте 11 и 12 месяцев методами электроэякуляции и трансректального массажа. Установлены индивидуальные особенности бычков по выраженности половых рефлексов и качеству полученных эякулятов. Выявлены бычки (группа 1, n=5), у которых имелся положительный ответ на проводимые манипуляции. От них было получено 13 эякулятов, из них 12 пригодных для исследования. От других бычков (группа 2, n=5), с неудовлетворительным ответом, получено 10 эякулятов, из которых 4 - секрет (с концентрацией менее 100 млн/мл). Концентрация сперматозоидов в эякуляте у бычков 1 группы составила 380,62 млн/мл и была выше в сравнении с показателями у бычков во 2 группе - 210,31 млн/мл (р˂0,05), общая подвижность составила 72,64%, прогрессивная подвижность – 66,79% (р˂0,01), доля жизнеспособных клеток – 75,27%, сперматозоидов с нормальной морфологией было 83,45% (р˂0,05). Исследования показали, что получение спермы от ремонтных бычков, до постановки на племпредприятие, позволяет дать предварительную оценку их репродуктивным качествам, а также выявить самцов, неспособных к производству качественной спермопродукции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern methods for assessing the bulls breeding value allow for the prediction of their offspring's performance early in life. However, a bull's own reproductive performance can only be assessed after reaching physiological maturity at 1.5 to 2 years. Evaluation methods and markers that can objectively characterize the reproductive performance of potential breeding bulls are constantly being sought. Three experiments were conducted to collect semen from 11- to 12-month-old bulls (n=10) using electroejaculation and transrectal massage. Individual characteristics of the bulls were identified. In the group with a positive response to the manipulations, 13 ejaculates were collected, from the group with an unsatisfactory response – 9 (4 of which were secretions with a concentration less than 100 million / ml). The concentration of spermatozoa in the ejaculate of the group 1 bulls was 380.6 million / ml and was higher in comparison with the indicators in the group 2 bulls (P&lt;0.05), the total motility was 72.6% (P &lt; 0.01), respectively, progressive motility – 66,7% (P &lt; 0.01), the proportion of viable cells – 75.2%, spermatozoa with normal morphology were 83.4% (P &lt; 0.001). Research has shown that systematic training of replacement bulls to produce semen post-puberty can allow for an assessment of their reproductive potential.
