Отбор биологического материала осуществлялся в соответствии с положениями Хельсинской декларации у животных эвенской породы различных возрастов в динамике. Установлено влияние ярко выраженной сезонности кормового поведения домашних северных оленей Республики Саха (Якутии) на морфологические и биохимические показатели крови различных возрастных групп опытных животных, в том числе лактирующих самок. Так, наиболее детерминированы возрастом и сезоном года такие показатели как количество эритроцитов (RBC) и содержание гемоглобина (Hb), наименьшие значения которых выявлены у новорожденных телят, достигнув пиковых значений в осенний период к 9-месячному возрасту. Гематокрит у новорожденного теленка был также относительно низким (35,4%), показав значительный рост летом и достигнув максимума (48, 9%) и уровня взрослых особей осенью, при этом положительно коррелируя с Hb (r=0,93) и с RBC (r=0,77). Количество лейкоцитов (WBC) варьировало от 6,1 до 10,1 x 109/л и показало значительное увеличение в течение первых недель жизни (P&lt;0,01), достигнув максимума и уровня взрослых особей осенью. Концентрация сывороточного железа у новорожденного теленка была довольно низкой (26,4 мкмоль/л), но почти удвоилась в течение первого лета, при этом значения данного показателя были незначительно выше у телят, чем у самок, летом и осенью. Полученные вариации в составе крови, на наш взгляд, могут быть использованы в качестве предикторов выживаемости животных и успеха отела, а также определения референсных значений крови оленей эвенской породы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of an assessment of the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the blood of Even domestic reindeer depending on the season. Biological material was collected dynamically in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki from Even animals of various ages. The influence of the pronounced seasonality of the feeding behavior of domestic reindeer in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) on the morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood of various age groups of experimental animals, including lactating females, was established. Thus, the parameters such as the red blood cell count (RBC) and hemoglobin content (Hb) are most determined by age and season, with the lowest values recorded in newborn calves, reaching peak values in the autumn period at 9 months of age. The hematocrit of the newborn calf was also relatively low (35.4%), showing a significant increase in the summer and reaching a maximum (48.9%) and adult levels in the fall, while positively correlating with Hb (r = 0.93) and with RBC (r = 0.77). The white blood cell (WBC) count ranged from 6.1 to 10.1 x 109/L and showed a significant increase during the first weeks of life (P &lt; 0.01), reaching maximum and adult levels in the fall. The serum iron concentration in the newborn calf was quite low (26.4 μmol/L), but almost doubled during the first summer, with values being slightly higher in calves than in females in summer and fall.
