В настоящее время на территории Северо-Кавказского федерального округа, в г. Ставрополе по неофициальным данным содержится примерно 250 тысяч домашних животных, из них собак около 80 тысяч. Заражение паразитарными инвазиями составляет 31-33% от общего числа болезней, в которые входят кровепаразитарные (9-11 случаев на 100 голов). Носительство Babesia canis варьируется в зависимости от времени года и составляет в среднем 4% от общего числа заболеваний. В связи с этим изучены гематологические показатели при остром и хроническом течении бабезиоза собак. В результате было выявлено, что при остром и хроническом течении наблюдается снижение количества эритроцитов до 4,756±0,3149*1012/л, что ниже референсных значений на 13,5%, и до 5,344±0,781*1012/л, что ниже на 2,8% соответственно. Также отмечается снижение гемоглобина при остром течении до 113,4±7,567 г/л, или 5,5,%, при хроническом течении данный гематологический показатель находится в пределах референсных значений. Снижение гематокрита наблюдаются при обоих течениях бабезиоза и составляет, до 0,3252±0,01925 л/л, что на 12,1% ниже референсных значений при остром и до 0,3496±0,04137 л/л, или 5,5% при хроническом. Также при остром течении этого заболевания наблюдается снижение лейкоцитов до 5,487±0,4701*109/л, что ниже референсных значений на 8,5%. Особое внимание мы обратили на проявляемые изменения тромбоцитарных показателей, и выявили значительную тромбоцитопению, при которой наблюдается снижение количества тромбоцитов до 26,67±2,8*109/л, или на 86,6%, а тромбокрита до 0,01973±0,005502 кл/л, что на 90,1% ниже референсных значений при остром течении. При хроническом, выявлено снижение тромбоцитов до 116,8±10,97*109/л, или на 41,6% и тромбокрита до 0,068±0,01794 кл/л, или на 66% соответственно.
