Один из самых распространенных методов купирования данного заболевания является электрическая кардиоверсия предсердий. Влияние электрической энергии, используемой при кардиоверсии, на эритроциты полностью не изучено. Подобные исследования не проводились на собаках. В этой связи необходимо оценить влияние электрической кардиоверсии фибрилляции предсердий на выбранные параметры эритроцитов. Исследование проведено на 14 собаках крупных и гигантских пород живой массой от 30 до 84 кг с идиопатической первичной фибрилляцией предсердий. Электрическая кардиоверсия проводилась под общим наркозом с двухфазным током с 70-360 Дж энергии. Кровь собирали: (А) - во время фибрилляции предсердий, до кардиоверсии и через (Б) - 30 мин после электрической кардиоверсии. Оценивали полный анализ крови, а также общую и прямую концентрацию билирубина. Максимальная мощность 360 Дж. Таким образом, электрическая кардиоверсия не вызвала ни статистически, ни клинически значимого лизиса эритроцитов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Idiopathic primary fibrillation in dogs has become increasingly common in veterinary medicine. One of the most common methods for stopping this disease is electrical atrial cardioversion. The effect of electrical energy used in cardioversion on red blood cells has not been fully studied. Similar studies were not conducted on dogs. To assess the effect of electrical cardioversion of atrial fibrillation on the selected parameters of erythrocytes. The study was conducted on 14 dogs of large and giant breeds weighing from 30 to 84 kg with idiopathic primary atrial fibrillation. Electrical cardioversion was performed under general anesthesia with two-phase current with 70-360 J of energy. Blood was collected: (A) - during atrial fibrillation, before cardioversion and after (B) - 30 minutes after electrical cardioversion. Evaluated a complete blood count, as well as total and direct concentration of bilirubin. Maximum power 360 joules.
