В результате проведенных исследований нами установлено, что мочевыделительная система у исследованных видов птиц подразделяется на мочеобразующие органы (почки) и мочевыводящие пути (мочеточники), которая складывается из трех фаз: мочеобразование, мочеотделение и мочевыведение. Почки парные, длинные паренхиматозные органы, темно-коричневого цвета, располагаются внутри тазовой кости по ее обеим сторонам в срединной плоскости, зеркально отображая друг друга. Почки лежат ретроперитонеально. У индейки широкогрудой почки состоят из четырех долей - краниальной, средней, каудальной и добавочной, отличающихся по ширине, высоте, строению, массе и структуре, в то время как у утки пекинской отмечается наличие трех долей: краниальной, средней, каудальной. Снаружи каждая почка окружена тонкой, волокнистой соединительнотканной капсулой, которая не образует стромы. Паренхима почек хорошо развита и в ней отчетливо прослеживается наличие мелких долек пирамидальной формы с основаниями, направленными на латеральную поверхность почек, а верхушкой - вглубь органа. Они отделяются друг от друга рыхлой соединительной тканью. При гистологическом исследовании мы отмечаем, что каждая почка снаружи покрыта тонкой фиброзной капсулой и состоит из множества пирамидальной формы долей, которые в свою очередь состоят из корковой и мозговой зон, при этом корковая зона занимает 80%, а мозговая - 20%. Корковая зона куполообразно распределяется вокруг мозгового вещества, полностью или частично покрывая мозговые пирамиды.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of our research is to study the morphological structure of the kidneys of broadbreasted turkey and Peking duck at 160-180 days of age. As a result of our studies, we found that the urinary system in the studied bird species is divided into urinary organs (kidneys) and urinary tract (ureters), which consists of three phases: urination, urination and urination. The kidneys are paired, long parenchymal organs, dark brown in color, are located inside the pelvic bone on its both sides in the median plane, mirroring each other. The kidneys lie retroperitoneally. In turkey, the broad-chested kidneys consist of four lobes - cranial, middle, caudal and additional, differing in width, height, structure, mass and structure, while in the Peking duck there are three lobes: cranial, medium, caudal. Outside, each kidney is surrounded by a thin, fibrous connective tissue capsule that does not form stroma. The parenchyma of the kidneys is well developed and it clearly shows the presence of small lobules of a pyramidal shape with bases directed to the lateral surface of the kidneys, and the apex deep into the organ. They are separated from each other by loose connective tissue. During histological examination, we note that each kidney outside is covered with a thin fibrous capsule and consists of many pyramidal lobes, which in turn consist of the cortical and brain zones, with the cortical zone occupying 80% and the cerebral zone 20%.
