В данной работе проведен обзор литературы по таким наследственным патологиям конечностей как хондродисплазия, ахондроплазия, псевдоахондроплазия, аномалия передних конечностей (FA/EA), дисплазия локтевого сустава. Эти аномалии имеют сходные клинические признаки и требуют дифференциальной диагностики. Для понимания их различий была составлена сводная таблица, включающая следующие разделы: название, общие нарушения, клинические признаки, дополнительные признаки, известные мутации, определяющие патологию и тип ее наследования и породы, у которых встречается та или иная аномалия. Генетические тесты по данным аномалиям не разработаны, поэтому главными методами диагностики могут быть осмотр, наблюдение, рентгеноскопия. Таким образом, изучение, обобщение, систематизация сходных патологий по этиологии, возрасту проявления, различным особенностям и типу наследования является актуальным. Материалом исследования были источники литературы. Основной метод научного познания заключался в анализе литературы, обобщении данных путем их структурирования по основным категориям: названию, типу проявления, основным клиническим признакам, дополнительным признакам, типу мутаций, породной предрасположенности. В результате изучения литературы было установлено, что хотя клиническая картина сходна и проявляется в виде искривления передних конечностей в возрасте до 1 года, этиология заболеваний имеет существенные различия. Мутации, выявленные на CFA 12 и CFA18 разные, а также разная породная предрасположенность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In dogs, such hereditary limb pathologies as chondrodysplasia, achondroplasia, pseudoachondroplasia and dysplasia of the elbow joint are known. This paper reviews the literature on hereditary limb pathologies: chondrodysplasia, achondroplasia, pseudoachondroplasia, anomaly of the forelimb (FA / EA), dysplasia of the elbow joint. Differential diagnosis is required as the abnormalities have similar clinical features in dogs. To understand their differences, a summary table was compiled, including the following sections: name, general disorders, clinical signs, additional signs, mutations and breeds in which the anomaly occurs.</p><p>It was found that the clinical picture is similar and manifests itself in the form of curvature of the forelimbs at the age of up to 1 year, however, the etiology of the diseases has significant differences. Mutations identified on CFA 12 and CFA18 vary, as well as different breed predisposition. Genetic tests for these anomalies have not been developed, therefore the main diagnostic methods can be examination, observation, fluoroscopy.
