Объектом и материалом исследования послужили поросята из двух промышленныхсвиноводческих ферм, расположенных в Северо-Западном регионе России. Число исследованных животных составило 96 из группы доращивания и 82 из группы откорма на ферме №1. и соответственно 108 и 91 - на ферме №2, где авторы проводили вскрытие совместно со специалистами хозяйствв 2017 -2018 годах.При диагностике учитывали данные вскрытия, бактериологического исследования и ПЦР.Провели бактериологическое исследование на стрепто-коккозистафилококкоз, исследование ПЦР на цирковироз, микоплазмоз, актинобациллёзную плевропневмонию, грипп, репродуктивно-респираторный синдром свиней (РРСС). В результате исследования на обеих фермах определена одинаковая структура болезней, явившихся причиной смерти, то есть, диагностированы одни и те же болезни. Большинство показателей по частоте встречаемости болезней на вскрытии поросят в группах доращивания и откорма на обеих фермах сходны: по стрептококкозу,стафилококкозу,колибактериозу,бронхопневмонии,плевриту, перитониту,язве желудка. Значительно отличаются по частоте встречаемости микотоксикоз - гиповитаминоз Е (6,3% и 14,8%в группах доращивания и6,1% и 17,6%в группах откорма), а также заворот кишок (7,2% и 1,9% в группах доращивания и 19,5% и 4,4% в группах откорма). Большую разницу в частоте встречаемости микотоксикоза - гиповитаминоза Е на фермах следует объяснить добавлением-сорбентов микотоксинов в корма для поросят на одной из ферм и отсутствием такой или подобной добавки на другой ферме. Разница в частоте встречаемости заворота кишок объясняетсявысоким содержанием крахмала в рационе кормления поросят на одной из ферм,причиняющего избыточное газообразование, что считается основной причиной метеоризма и заворота кишок у свиней.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work is to determine and compare the structure of diseases of piglets of rearing and fattening groups that caused the death on two pig farms with a complete production cycle (from farrowing to fattening). The object and material of the study were piglets from two industrial pig farms located in the North-Western region of Russia. The number of animals studied was 96 from the rearing group and 82 from the fattening group on farm No. 1, and 108 and 91 respectively on farm No. 2, where the authors performed an autopsy together with farm specialists in 2017-2018. If the diagnosis took into account the findings of the autopsy, bacteriological tests and PCR. Bacteriological study on streptococcosis and Staphylococcus, study of pCr for circovirus, mycoplasmosis, actinobacillus pleuropneumonia, influenza, reproductive and respiratory syndrome swine (PRRS) were conducted. As a result of research on both farms the identical structure of the diseases which were the cause of death is defined, that is, the same diseases are diagnosed. Most of the indicators on the incidence of diseases at the opening of pigs in the groups of rearing and fattening on both farms are similar: streptococcosis, staphylococcosis, colibac-teriosis, bronchopneumonia, pleurisy, peritonitis, gastric ulcer. Significantly differ in the frequency of mycotoxicosis-hypovitaminosis E (6.3% and 14.8% in the rearing groups and 6.1% and 17.6% in the fattening groups), as well as intestinal inversion (7.2% and 1.9% in the rearing groups and 19.5% and 4.4% in the fattening groups). The large difference in the frequency of mycotoxicosis-hypovitaminosis E on farms should be explained by the addition of mycotoxin sorbents to pig feed on one farm and the absence of such or similar additives on another farm.
