Author Guidelines

Rules for the design of articles

General points

The journal publishes original articles containing the results of fundamental and applied research.

Submitted papers must contain new, previously unpublished data. In addition to the article's relevance to the journal's subject matter, the publication must be justified by the relevance, novelty and importance of the materials presented.

The manuscript should be designed in strict accordance with the requirements for the design of articles.

Rules for the design of articles

General points

The journal publishes original articles, containing the results of fundamental and applied research. Submitted papers must contain new, previously unpublished data. In addition to the article's relevance to the journal's subject matter, the publication must be justified by the relevance, novelty and importance of the materials presented. The manuscript should be designed in strict accordance with the requirements for the design of articles. The editorial board has the right to make editorial edits to the manuscript, which are agreed with the corresponding author at the stage of proofreading the article.

Requirements for the design of the text

Manuscripts are written in the MS Word for Windows (*.doc) or docx editor: Times New Roman font, size 14, line spacing 1.5, page margins-20 mm on all sides. The allowed volume of the manuscript of the article (including tables and figures) is not more than 8 pages

An increase in the volume of the manuscript is possible in agreement with the editorial board.

The UDC (Universal decimal classification index) is determined by the authors themselves .

The DOI (Digital identifier of the object) is determined by the editorial board, after the conclusion of the contract.

Article title

The title should be indicated in Russian and English (at the end of the article, after the conclusions), and should be as clear and informative as possible. Abbreviations and abbreviations should be avoided whenever possible.

Photo of the author: must be in the text of the article and in separate files.

Information about the authors:

Initials and surname of the author, place of work. (in Russian and English)

At the end, the full postal address of the organization and the author's email address (s) are indicated. (after the list of references). You must also specify the contact person with whom to correspond.

Report

It is available in Russian and English. The abstract is a source of information about the content of the article and the results presented in it. It should be clearly structured and contain the following sections: relevance and objectives, materials and methods, results, conclusions. The allowed volume of the abstract is 200-250 words, up to 2000 characters including spaces. At the same time, the text should be concise and clear, free of secondary information

Design of the main text of the article

The text of the article should have an internal heading. The standard structure of the article includes: Introduction, Material and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions. Review articles, short reports, and some other forms may have a different structure.

Introduction

It is necessary to indicate the relevance and objectives of the study, a clear description of the scientific problem, indicating the reasons for the need to solve it in the existing conditions. It is advisable to show the scientific novelty and advantages of the proposed approach.

Materials and methods

This section should provide information about the objects of research, procedures, methods of measurement and data processing. At the same time, widely known scientific methods should not be described in detail, giving preference to the author's methods, independently developed and previously unpublished.

Results

This section should present the experimental or theoretical data obtained in the work. The results are given in the processed version: in the form of tables, graphs, organizational or structural diagrams, equations, photographs, drawings with short summary comments, comparisons, and statistical estimates.

Discussion

This section provides a comparison of the original data presented in the article with the existing views in this area.

Conclusions

The main conclusions of the study should be clearly indicated, corresponding to the goals and objectives of the work, as well as an explanation of actuality  and importance.

Drawing design

Figures (in color or grayscale, TimesNewRoman) are placed in the text of the article in a sequence of links to them. The numbering of the drawings is continuous. The axes of the graphs are accompanied by captions reflecting their essence.

Drawings should be accompanied by captions, which are placed under them and aligned in the center. The word "Drawing" is written abbreviated in the usual font, without highlighting. Abbreviations of words in drawings are not allowed (except for common ones). After the drawing number, put a dot. For example:

All images should be presented as separate files (bitmap images in JPG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, BMP, with a resolution of 600 DPI, vector images in CoralDraw, Excel, AdobeIllustrator format).

The figures should contain a minimum number of letters and numbers, with mandatory explanations in the captions or in the text. Publication of drawings in the publication – in grayscale.

Table layout

Tables are created and formatted automatically (TimesNewRoman font, size 14, for large tables 12). Tables are placed in the text of the article and numbered in the order of mention in the text, the numbering is continuous. Abbreviations of words in tables are not allowed (except for common ones).The word "Table" is written completely in the usual font and is aligned to the right, after the number of the table, the dot is not put. The table names are placed below and aligned in the center.

Formulas

Formulas are numbered only if the author makes a reference to them later in the text. Formulas in the text of the article are executed in the MicrosoftEquation formula editor of the MicrosoftWord text editor or the MathType program (TimesNewRoman font, size 14). All variables must have a decryption.

Indexes and exponents of the same order must be strictly aligned in each row of the formula.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
